The law is aimed at the realization of the state policy in the sphere of dealing with radioactive waste. It contains the problems, tasks, actions as to their fulfillment etc."
The program presupposes the work with the following directions: dealing with the radioactive waste on the enterprises where they are constructed; dealing with the radioactive waste on the enterprises to the moment of their elimination; elimination of radioactive waste.
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №2182
